Bohemian style for this summer is characterized by two things: Rich embroidery and crochet.
Here are my choices for embroidered pieces. Some of these pieces are affordable and currently for sale at www.necessaryclothing.com. The Dolce Vita items are more expensive since the fabric is a mix of cotton / silk, and their embroidery is more intricate.
I tried one of the Dolce Vita dresses in a store. The dress was beautiful. However, I did not end up buying it because the overall look was very busy on me. The light blue colour also did not flatter my light olive skin tone. If one is comfortable in wearing elaborate patterns and embroidery, this style might be perfect for this summer.
Here are some of my choices for crochet items.
I like crochet dresses since they look very feminine and romantic at the same time. The Isabel Lace dress detailed above is my first choice – I like the lace pattern and the uneven hem.
