Graphic tees are one of those clothing items that some women do not like to wear. They are considered too “casual” and it is not something that most women can use after a certain age. I love graphic tees, and I confess I am very lucky still to wear them with jeans and maxi skirts. They are also a great layering piece.
When it comes to animal prints, giraffes seem to be in demand. My favourite one is the Banjo & Matilda Cashmere sweater which I believe is almost sold out.
Animals in pairs or about to kiss each other is a frequent theme in graphic tees and sweaters. They are called mirror prints.
Another trend is the use of city names or different expressions mainly in French. Here are my top choices.
Graphic prints are no longer restricted to tees and sweatshirts. Similar trends can be found on dresses and skirts, and this has been ongoing for a while. I love the swan print on the black skirt currently being sold at Anthropologie.
Next posting will be coming soon and it will be about jewelry.
