I feel like writing about something that I have found recently while scanning different shopping websites, especially now that my house is so peaceful while my little ones are sleeping. It is about specific designs of a very feminine item, the skirt. Lack of symmetry, zippers and origami / angular hems are trendy. These designs can be found at any price range.
Slits are also trendy, and my pick is the beautiful plum skirt by Madewell. I love the midi length and the plum colour, an alternative to wearing black.
Another trend is the quilted skirt. I am not big fan of this one but it is pretty popular.
Some of these skirts are good for work. Some of them are not due to the length. However, they make me miss the days when I used to work. Jewelry update will be coming soon.
